The location is perfect to access the famous beach of El Escambron (just 1 block away!) very popular among surfers. Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.
