The property is great for walks along the boardwalk and many guests enjoy swimming off the pier. The unit is less than a 5 minute car / Uber ride to town and a short 5-10 minute walk to Navy Beach and Duryea's. Strong wifi in unit, Smart TV ( Netflix, etc, - no cable)

Basement is owner occupied & has its own separate private entrance. The main floor has two bedrooms that have a king & a queen bed, so this house is best for 4 people max. The common area is comprised of the living room and kitchen beneath a vaulted cedar ceiling which makes for a great space for hosting guests.

Janelle’s place was superb, exactly as she described, very clean, convenient area to Montauk attractions (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, beach). There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and there was plenty of room. House had everything you need, tons of towels, cookware, beach gear, cooking oils/condiments/coffee. Close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk, water is really rough so did not go into water but it was a nice and quiet beach…last but not least, great water pressure in the shower!

The house was exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, just as described. It was clean, neat, and everything was well cared for. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals comfortably. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

Hannah's house was the perfect setting for a girls weekend in Montauk. The house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to a private and very calm beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the space to grill and dine al fresco, and the constant soundtrack of birdsong. The interior is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Hannah was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. This place is truly a gem - we can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our week in Ditch Plains. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and trolley to haul our stuff to the beach each day which is a short, easy walk. The house is on a dead end road so it’s quiet. Our host, Michael was responsive and accommodating.
