Villa Verde is a newly constructed and beautifully furnished home on the road to famous Myrtos Beach.Nestled in the verdant, quite mountainside of Divarata village,it is 7 kilometers from the picturesque port of Aghia Efimia and only 800 meters from Myrtos Beach. The villa is a three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, garden, parking and balconies overlooking the countryside.There is also a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi. From the village of Divarata, you can plan your excursions to Antisamos beach,Assos village,etc.

Penelope’s Village Stone House

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
