The Officer's House

The 75 m2 duplex apartment, on the top two floors with a magnificent view of the whole city and the mountain of Vodno, fully refurbished in the '20 style maintaining it's original and historic appearance with focus on details and yet offering latest technology, home cinema and high-end sound system. Apartment is on 7th floor with nice view from balcony and there are elevator in the building. Also all furniture is brand new and the flat is equipped with all the needs for a modern traveler.

Main square - Palace La Grande (150m2)

I don't think you can beat the location of this apartment: one of the balconies affords front row views of the monumental main square, and if you look to the right you can spot the old railway clock in the distance, ominously stopped at 05:17 26.6.1963, when the earthquake struck... The flat is also very spacious and was perfect for our girls weekend. There were six of us and we managed fine with just one toilet.. Filip was great, always available and super helpful. I'm sure you can get more budget friendly places in Skopje, but for a bit of a splurge for a larger group, why not treat yourself to staying in the centre of all the action ;)

The house was very clean and easy to enter. It was a big plus for us to have a parking lot. The house was spacious and comfortable, all amenities were provided. I liked it very much. Super well received by Breg, who already shared tips in advance and also liked to give tips during the stay. His response time has always been super quick and he is a very welcoming host! He welcomed us himself in the apartment and showed us everything quickly and, as I said, always quickly accessible for the rest of the days. Furthermore, the apartment is fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious, 2 bathrooms, everything available such as coffee, tea, cutlery, wine opener, etc. And the view is fantastic!! I myself sat there with my 3 brothers and we enjoyed the place, the apartment and Breg's hospitality very much. Absolutely recommended if you want to discover Skopje and surroundings!
