Holiday rentals with a patio in Dobrota

We stayed for a week, and spend an amazing time in Dobrota. Very beautiful convenient well-equipped apartment with everything you could need, and two great bikes. We used it everyday, and it helped us to avoid taxi and buses… Kotor in 3 km from the apartment. Nice beach in 5-min walking distance, close to there you can find sup-board rental station, and rent a board only for 10 euro. Plenty restaurants very close to the apartment on sea side, but we recommend you to Luka’s oyster farm which is in 3 km opposite side from Kotor - affordable restaurant with fresh oysters, mussels and fish. Highly recommended to stay, and many thanks to owners for amazing holidays.

Had such a fantastic time in Perast. Iva was the most lovely host and has a wonderful apartment (perfect for a single person or couple). I would not hesitate to return to Perast and book back in with Iva. A truly stunning location absolutely dripping with history and beauty. A true hidden gem 💎

הדירה מקסימה ונעימה, הנוף מדהים מכל החלונות, המטבח היה מאובזר והיה קל לבשל שם, היו גם תבלינים בסיסיים וכמה מצרכים. אפילו טבליות למדיח ואבקת כביסה. עבדנו מהדירה ולכן היה חשוב לנו שהחיבור לWiFi יהיה יציב, האינטרנט עבד מצוין ללא שום תקלות. בסביבה יש המון מה לעשות ולטייל, במרחק כמה דקות מקוטור, יש טיילת מקסימה בדוברוטה עם מסעדות על המים. סביבה שקטה. הוראות הכניסה לדירה היו ברורות והגיעו בזמן, היה תענוג לפתוח כל בוקר מול הנוף המדהים של המפרץ, ממליצים מאוד על הדירה, תמורה טובה למחיר, נשמח לחזור🙏

L’appartamento era esattamente come indicato nelle foto! Natasa ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per aiutarci nell’arrivo, e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra macchina. La casa era fornita di tutto quello che potesse essere utile (caffè, te, bevande fresche di benvenuto, sapone per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagnodoccia…). Quello che più ci è piaciuto è stata senz’ombra di dubbio la vista dalla terrazza, probabilmente la più bella che abbiamo visto a Kotor

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Absolutely loved our stay! This place is cute and quaint with so much charm, and the balcony views are truly stunning. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and evenings unwinding watching the sunset at the little table on the balcony which was the perfect chill spot with spectacular views of the mountains and the bay. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals (which we loved doing!), and the living room was super cozy with a TV and all the streaming options to watch our favorite shows. Both bedrooms were comfy and each had its own private balcony, which was such a special touch. And with two full bathrooms with showers, it was super convenient for our us. Check-in was easy, and the host really thought of everything—umbrellas, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and all the other little amenities that make a stay feel effortless. 11/10 — highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back!

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at Jasna's place. It is well located just 5-7 minutes walk from Old Town and still in a peaceful residential spot. The apartment is exactly as described. The host, Jasna, is very responsive and clear with her communications. Additionally, she was kind enough to allow us to checkout late and arrange a car to take us to the airport! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a truly refreshing experience in this apartment. The great view of the mountains, fast wifi, well-equipped kitchen, and perfectly thoughtful, caring design make this place a real home away from home for my family. Thank you for the great care and true hospitality!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

The house was beautiful and we loved chilling outside at the pool. Beds were really good and we slept so well. And the views were so gorgeous!!!

It’s my second time there, great again!

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

Goran çok iyi bir ev sahibi, sorunlarımıza çok hızlı sürede çözümler buldu. Dobrota'da çok uygun fiyatlı ve çok güzel bir evdi. Bir dahaki gelişimde düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘
