Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Beautiful garden house between river and ocean!

Relax with 16 people at this peaceful place to stay. It is a large 150 m2 house, completely refurbished in 2023. It is located on a beautiful landscaped garden of 2200 m2 and has 2 terraces in exotic wood, 1 of which is under the shade of an ash tree. 7 bedrooms are available with versatile amenities (all single beds are converted into double beds). At the end of the garden, there is a sunken path that leads to the ocean in 20 minutes on foot by wooded trails.

Former fisherman's house completely renovated with taste just above the small typical port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living areas: a dining room/kitchen and a living room/TV area upstairs. The fully enclosed garden guarantees privacy and reassures parents of young children. The coastal path is 1 min away, the large beaches are 13 min drive away.

Quiet and sweetness of life, this is what you will find in our charming pentys dating from 1610, just renovated with traditional quality materials. Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Quiet vacation home close to the port of Merrien and the GR 34 which runs along the Breton coast. Numerous hiking opportunities in a preserved environment. Other things to note ⚠️ The electrical installation and the power of the contract are not intended for charging hybrid and electric vehicles. Charging is therefore strictly prohibited. A charging station is available 4 km from the accommodation in the center of Moëlan-sur-Mer.

My place is close to the beach and restaurants. You will enjoy comfort, calm and view. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families with 2 kids (+ 1 baby - baby cot loan + high chair + plastic tub + park). Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher and hood. The home was renovated in 2014 with new kitchen and sanitary facilities.
