Holiday rentals with a balcony in Dominican Republic

Everything is very good, clean and comfortable

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

This was our 6th visit to his apartment at Soto Grande and it has lived up to our expectations. It is a very peaceful location without the large crowds of other places. He was responsive to our needs after we arrived.

Centrally located and super easy to access

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

The best villa I've ever visited, the best of the best 💙🥰

Absolutely magical! We stayed in the Penthouse through RedAwning on Airbnb and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The decor was stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Close enough to the action to explore with ease, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout moments was receiving a personal call from the owner, Odain, when we arrived. He genuinely wanted to hear our feedback and offered thoughtful, local recommendations that set the tone for a warm and personalized stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional—was Enrique, the local property manager. She is an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, Enrique went above and beyond at every turn. She helped us schedule transportation, shared the best food spots. It’s rare to feel so deeply cared for in a rental experience—she made us feel like VIPs, and also like family.

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

My family and I had an excellent time staying here. The house itself is well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are all quite comfortable. Las Olas is a sweet little development with a staff that puts great effort into keeping it clean and well maintained. The lawn, pool, and playground were perfect for our kids. We loved taking walks along the beach path as the sun was setting each night. Agnes was a perfect host. Always quick to respond and constantly making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We can't recommend this place enough.

The accommodation in a very good location, the cleanliness was not what I expected. I think it lacks a little more inspection before handing over the apartment, which offers for the price is reasonable, the host is very good.

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

Jennifer & Tim's place was a life saver, in Santo Domingo is many Airbnbs with lots of great pictures and amenities listed, but the reallity is that 80% of the time you will be highly dissapointed.. But when you select a property hosted by this 2 great people, you wont be let down at all. The Kings of Airbnb in Dominican Republic.
