Holiday rentals with a patio in Dominican Republic

Very good place, private, comfortable, safe and beautiful I'll be back!!!

My stay was totally worth it, it's not a waste, every space is beautiful, my only recommendation would be to change the curtains for black out ones, because a lot of light comes in there and above all you can see from outside, but after that everything is perfect, I would come back 100 times

I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The location of the apartment was a big plus for me - close to good restaurants, the beach and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I loved having breakfast on the small terrace. But always watch out for the mosquitoes! Communication with Javier was perfect. I received an answer to my questions within a very short time. I really appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in Javier's guidebook. I recommend all travelers to rent this apartment, directly on the basin. Thank you Javier for having me as your guest.

Clean, safe area close to many things and importantly greatly affordable for what I had to offer will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay in Santo Domingo, has a lot of amenities and everything is really close!

This place was great. It looked just like the pictures. It was super clean. The host was the best part of the experience. He had tons of suggestions for things to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at.

But everything seemed excellent, the place was very quiet with everything you need for your stay, the host is always available for anything you need, we will return ☺️ Just one observation: where the benches are next to the pool, it would be better to have some beach furniture.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

Everything is exceptional. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need. Everything is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, the surroundings are beautiful, the employees are friendly. Amaury as co-host was attentive to every detail, the excellent communication. Marleny as a host is understanding, kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

My family and I enjoyed this place truly, the view is spectacular... lots to do in this area like drive 4wheeler, pool, beach, restaurants, I mean it has it all. You will definitely won't get bored. I really like the place. Will stay again in the future.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here in Cabarete!! Ben was a very good host and the surrounds were stunning!! The room was spotless very comfortable bed. I will definitely be trying to return!! As as possible!!!!🙌😍

large beautiful apartment in good location

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay in Santo Domingo. I went there with my 2 daughters and they loved the rooftop pool. The pool is small but very comfortable. It is a safe área with security and a very clean apartment. They have hot water and air conditioning . All in all a great place to stay

Ms Leyvi was a wonderful host,I enjoyed myself alot...every peaceful, good food trucks around, very relaxing I will recommend this place to anyone. I'm definitely coming back.
