Part of a former wine producing farm built over 300 years ago, Le Petit Chaudenas features a beautiful, large swimming pool and is set in over 5 Hectares of private garden and woodlands. Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. This bucolic setting conducive to rest, sports activities (25 km greenway along the old railway line), spirituality (9 km from the 12 th century Romanesque Basilica of Paray-le Monial), visits to castles and local pleasures, will help you to spend an unforgettable vacation. The house has an 8x4 swimming pool that is fenced with a lockable gate, and a shaded terrace.

Come and take a break in our Burgundian countryside to enjoy the calm and stroll along the many hiking trails. We have a room for your bike, a meadow for your horse if you are a rider. Come and enjoy a sunny outdoor area to rest quietly while reading one of the many books available. Be sure to visit the surroundings close to a renowned heritage site such as Cluny, Paray-le-Monial, Charolles, Blanzy and its mining museum

Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request).
