This new & cosy home, perfect for families, is located 7 mins by public transport from the Tube station Leopoldau (on the U1 line which goes straight to central Vienna). You'll instantly feel at home, we have a fireplace, video projector, a garden, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of games for kids and a heated pool. IMPORTANT: in exchange for the discounted price for this big, brandnew house, you'll take care of our 2 cats (just feed them twice a day - takes 3 minutes) during your stay. :)

A spacious bedroom is furnished with a large bed, complemented by two nightstands with lamps on either side. Tall windows dressed with floor-to-ceiling curtains allow natural light to fill the room, highlighting the warm wooden flooring.
