On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a terrace. On the upper floor, you have two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and a kitchenette. Both bedrooms upstairs and the common areas downstairs have AC. Free parking on the property.

Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
