We designed the space so that you can feel the comfort and beauty of nature.

It is located on the bustling Daehak-ro (the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Hyehwa Station on Subway Line 4), but it is quiet and cozy, and it takes 1 minute on foot to Ihwa Mural Village and Naksan Park Castle Road, and 5-10 minutes by taxi to Seoul's four major palaces. 10 minutes by subway to Myeongdong and Seoul National University Hospital, which has a world-class medical level, is also a 5-minute walk away. Houjae, located right under the Hanyang City Wall (Seoul Fortress), is located on a hill overlooking Seongbuk-dong, and you can see even the foot of Bukhansan Mountain in the distance. This is a refreshing stay place prepared for guests who want to spend a quiet and peaceful time in a treasure-like area that is suitable for a walk while feeling the season in a busy and crowded metropolis. Houjae was created as a space for relaxation and comfort. Please refrain from parties and events. And at the end of the way, there is a steep uphill road. My place is located in a place overlooking the view of Bukchon. It is a private hanok that only up to four people can enter and does not share with other guests. In the yard, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi that reinterprets the Hanok Sarangbang in a modern way.
