Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dongjak District

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

Amazing place with amazing view of Seoul! Very close to Seoul Station, plus there are many shops and restaurants around. Yeon is also an amazing host who communicates greatly!

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

The accommodation is located on the 24th floor, so it is well-ventilated and very pleasant, and the space is spacious, so there was no inconvenience in staying.In addition, transportation is very convenient, the subway is 3 minutes away, and it is very easy to see the market.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Jinho’s Airbnb was the perfect place to stay for my large group. We were in Korea for an extended period, so feeling comfortable in our stay was a priority. The accommodation was incredibly clean, looked exactly like the photos, and had every amenity we could need. It was especially helpful that there is a washer and dryer machine. Jinho and his parents’ hospitality is unmatched — from providing bottles of water to being excellent communicators, it was amazing having them as our hosts. The location is great since it is in a quiet residential area but still close to Sindaebang station on Line 2 (connects to many major spots in Seoul), making it easy to get around. Thank you so much for a wonderful and comfortable stay!! I highly, highly recommend this accommodation for anyone coming to Seoul!

Loved the place - very clean and cozy. The host had a lot of basic essentials in the house (hygiene items, towels, etc). There are also clean dishes, utensils and pots to use if you feel like cooking. House comes equipped with a dryer and washer too. Whenever we had an enquiry, Jiwoo would answer really promptly. House is also just 10 mins away from the metro, very convenient. Would come back again!

Great homestay! Overall cozy!Clean, tidy, great! Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to Yulyangjin Subway Station. There is a convenience store downstairs, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The host is also very good and able to resolve issues quickly and in a timely manner. It's really awesome! I'll choose this place again the next time I come to Seoul❤️

It was a lovely place, if I ever comeback to Korea I’d stay here again! 2 minute from the metro station and a bus stop makes it so much easier to look around Seoul! Nodeul Island is super close as well we had a great time looking at the Sunset! Strongly Recommend!!

The accommodation was so neat and nice. Since it's Line 2, it was good to go anywhere in Seoul. There was a beam projector, so it was emotional It was nice to be able to sleep separately because there are 2 rooms. The 4 of us came to Seoul. My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2025. If you are looking for a truly unique, peaceful but modern hanok experience in Seoul, you must come and stay here. Each and every furniture and amenity has been curated and carefully thought of. The local recommendations and little details provided were spot on. Our host Jee and her husband has made a space to come and and unwind any stress in a truly beautiful setting and in a neighbourhood away from the typical “tourist” areas of Seoul. This is genuine modern hanok experience - highly recommended for the discerning couple.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

This place was very clean and comfy, which exceeded my expectations. I think I’ll stay here again when I visit SNU in the later days

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
