Newly renovated cabin located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cottage is located all by itself with beautiful views and sun from early to 2200 in the evening. Short distance to Dønnes church, Dønnesfjellet and the grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pit for coziness.

Come stay at Slipen, (Slip’1). A fascinating and quiet accommodation right on the quayside on Solfjellsjøen on Dønna. I rent out my apartment when I don't need it myself. Come to stay in the apartment which has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Here you also have my fully equipped kitchen including a fridge. Waterborne heating in all floors. Large TV. Hot tub is available during the summer months. Amazing view to Lovund. Experience unique weather and nature experiences throughout the year, so close to the sea.

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

Dette stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Nært til sentrum, båt/buss-forbindelser, turområder, kjøpesenter, basseng, resturant/cafe. Du må opp 2 trapper for å komme til denne leiligheten, 1 trapp utvendig og 1 innvending. Det er Gratis parkering rett utenfor huset. (1 bil) Denne leiligheten ligger i sentrum, i bygget ved siden av er det en lokal pub Onkel Oskar. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten.
