Apartment has a Double Bed and single bed in Main bedroom and a double bed futon in Living room. Main bedroom also has a fully reclining comfortable lazy boy chair to sleep. Apartment is Air-conditioned, full kitchen, TV with Foxtel Platinum, work station and fully enclosed grassed tennis court safe for pets & children.

It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Experience a Country getaway in a tiny home with attached secondary bedroom with queen bed complete with a deck and outside bbq relax and watch the farm at work. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Tuggerah Westfield but once you arrive you will feel like you could be a million miles from anywhere. You can enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens and feed the cattle or just sit back and relax. We don’t allow smoking inside our tiny home at all so please be aware of this.

Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
