Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area.

It has 3 bathrooms, a terrace, and full size kitchen and outdoor washer dryer. Wifi for those who want to work or just stream movies on two flat screen T.V.'s. You will find the bedrooms have air conditioners. The main floor living area has fans and cross ventilation. Come and see the island of enchantment on the beach.
