Longère percheronne de plain pied : séjour avec cuisine équipée, salon (poêle à bois, canapé convertible 2 pers. (draps non fournis), TV, bureau), chambre (lit 2 pers 160 x 200 cm - draps fournis) en rez de jardin avec accès sur terrasse en bois, salle de bains (douche à l'italienne et baignoire d'angle), wc.

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Our fully renovated Percheron country house is located in the heart of Perche on the edge of the state forest, close to Moutiers-au-Perche, a typical hamlet of the area and just 5 minutes from the shops of downtown Rémalard-en-Perche, as well as the Voie Verte. Ideal location for discovering Perche: hiking, flea markets, equestrian centers, golf, tennis Our property consists of an East Wing and a West Wing that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children/teens

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Les restaurants et marché de producteurs du dimanche matin, vous permettront de découvrir les saveurs du Perche.
