We enjoyed the stay in Odile's cottage very much. Odile is a super nice and uncomplicated hostess. This panorama from the living room is fantastic.

The cottage is on the edge of the center of Besançon but still in a very quiet green spot. The cottage is complete. Gaëtan really thought of everything. At night, the fan by the bed was really great in the tropical temperatures. Communication with Gaëtan was very relaxed. As far as we're concerned, Gaëtan is really a super host! We enjoyed! Beautiful apartment and especially almost new! I liked the smart TV but especially the bathroom! Very functional accommodation! Only downside is the sofa bed squeaks a lot... otherwise my stay was great

Julien informs you in a timely manner regarding the necessary information for your arrival, responds quickly to your questions and is very respectable in his communication. The apartment is spacious and surprisingly quiet, while staying in the middle of the city. When there is no parking space left in front of the apartment (blue zone with parking disc) there is always a place at Rue du Parc; either along the road or the gravel parking lot.

Thank you for a great stay. The apartment is very spacious and has everything your heart desires. The location is also great - with a great river nearby. We will be happy to come back. ☺️ The only thing to keep in mind is that the accommodation heats up in the summer.

Nice studio on the 4th floor of an old building. Renovated thoughtfully and tastefully renovated. Located in the city center near a parking lot. Recommended.

Clean accommodation, terrace with exceptional lake view, quiet, direct access to the lake path and beaches via private stairs. Well located (restaurants, supermarket within 3 min walk!)
