Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dover Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Barbados! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a refreshing bonus and a great place to unwind after a day out exploring. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Dover Beach, restaurants, and local spots. What really made our stay extra special was our host. They were warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for where to eat, what to see, and how to make the most of our time on the island. Thank you for making our Barbados trip unforgettable—we’ll definitely be back! Throughout our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going fine and how we were enjoying our stay so far. check out was flexible and we also received a good bye gift... I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Absolutely 5 stars! Paula was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The house exceeded all expectations — spotless, beautifully decorated with modern appliances, and located in a great area with plenty of places to eat and explore. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the home felt very secure and welcoming — truly a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Wonderful house in a local, friendly neighborhood only 10 minutes by bus to the busy tourist hub. The welcome basket was amazing - the personal touch that makes a house a home! The house is roomy and well appointed with AC in the bedrooms and living room. Excellent water pressure for showers, and the outdoor pool was appreciated for cooling off. The small touches and attention to comfort was evident throughout the home. Very comfie beds! Shirrell was immediately responsive any time we needed to reach out, including our sudden early departure back to Canada. We felt supported throughout our stay, knowing our host would assist as/if needed. We used the space a lot, particularly for working while there and the house functions quite well for this. The only drawback and completely outside the host's control are the six dogs next door that do not stop barking, whining, and scrapping for many many hours each day and well into the evening. Paula was so sweet her air bnb was adorable and comfy! I loved the furniture inside it was unique! Paula was so sweet I felt right at home she was amazing at getting back with you! One night I had locked myself out 🙈 and she came within 10 minutes to let me back in! The location was perfect it is located just behind Oistins! Her dog Skittles is adorable and super friendly! Overall I had an incredible stay and what made it the best part was Paula! A perfect budget friendly option!

Matthews place was walkable to Massy and little cafes off the beaten path. Matthew place was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. I hope he has availability in the future for hosting.

Ken’s place met our expectations, - every room was perfectly laid out with all necessities required for convenience and comfort, We were relaxed and did not lack in any way for household utilities/utensils to improve our vacation. Thank you Ken for your hospitality.

My mom really enjoy the quietness of the place. She was able to sleep right through the night. The hill nearby was a good needed exercise. The shop owner at the corner was very pleasant and always helpful to provide any needed assistance, he always greeted us and asked if we enjoying the place. Jennifer's mom is a really nice person, she and mom hit it off right away. The house was very clean, netflex works and I love that the place have a washer and dryer. We really enjoy the trip. Again, the quiet was very much welcoming.

This is the ideal spot to stay when visiting barbados, especially if you’re going to the us embassy which is about 10 minutes walk away. The man road into bridgetown is right there. Shopping malls and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

We had a great stay at Debbie’s place, the apartment was clean and accurately matched the listing. Debbie and the other property managers were responsive and made our stay as easy as possible. It’s perfectly located for the Gap and Dover beach, it’s also a 1 minute walk to the bus stop, making it super easy to get around the island. The only feedback we would give is we found the instructions a little confusing in accessing the property and we didn’t know where the elevator was. However, it could easily be us not understanding properly. We would definitely stay here again though and already can’t wait to return to beautiful Barbados 🇧🇧😊!

I LOVE THIS HOME! Tristan & his wife Lily are unbelievably kind. I’m a 23 yr old solo female traveler, & I feel very safe here. The Airbnb is inside of a locked gate and this neighborhood is very friendly and SO welcoming. This place has an AMAZING view, it’s on a cliff & you can see the ocean from here! The tribe of monkeys that come through the yard everyday are magical. This VERY clean home has everything one can need: AC, fridge, supplied kitchen, big shower with hot water, lots of natural light, & privacy. I originally booked this for 5 days & was planning on staying on another part of the island but I loved this airbnb SO much that I extended my stay. Tristan and Lily are so welcoming and the most communicative people I think ever on Airbnb, they gave me endless recommendations for beaches and restaurants & things to do, & helped me arrange transportation, they’re available practically always to talk. I felt at home here, I wish it’d let me write more. Stay here! You will love it

We were there for a family reunion. Lots of us were scattered about at LC , Salty Toes, Barefoot Bay etc. so the location is great for convenience, grocery shopping, bakery etc. Lots of sea weed at this time of year which is not great. But can’t beat location for convenience. If you plan not to rent a car, it is easy to move about on foot or by local transport. Noisy though at night as a busy junction.

My third time with Louisa and Russell and it’s always a guaranteed great stay. They are extremely pleasant, very accommodating and will go above and beyond to ensure you don’t need anything whatsoever. The apartment was clean, smelt wonderful upon entry and I felt very safe. It’s very central to restaurants and about 10 min drive to the airport, beaches and town. Russel’s mom was very sweet and even though they are nearby they give you privacy. The WiFi is extremely reliable and fast, bed is very comfy, and I had more than enough starter essentials, cleaning supplies, snacks, juice and water, that helped me throughout my 10 day stay. Love how the space is decorated-it’s functional with no clutter. If I could give them a 100/10 rating I would. Take it from someone who has stayed in various properties all over including Bim-please don’t second guess just book with them! You won’t regret it.

Troy and Shimona treated me like family and took great care of me. Everything was as described, and i felt safe as a solo female traveler Shimona left me a couple treats which was greatly appreciated. Troy was always responsive and helpful (also a great photographer 😁😆) This is your home in Barbados 🇧🇧 do not hesitate to book this peaceful paradise. Stayed at Sonia’s place for 1month. Would highly recommend. Very clean and cosy apartment looked exactly like the photos. Sonia was very communicative and helped when needed. Area is also safe and quiet. I really loved this apartment

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Allure 404 looked exactly as pictured. We loved sitting on the large balcony and watching and listening to the waves each day. The property includes access to beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is on the quieter side which we preferred. The staff of the building were kind and excellent. The common areas were immaculate throughout our stay. The correspondence with Leon and Diana was top tier. The host provided lots of great food recommendations and we appreciated the starter pack of local treats when we arrived. Food seasonings, hair dryer, mosquito repellent, laundry detergent and so many other items that were provided really made this an excellent accommodation. We rented a car and were able to get around to most places on the island within 10-30 minutes. We’ve stayed in many different villas and rentals and we agreed this is one of our favorites. We would definitely come back.

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect if you don’t mind 10-20 min walks there is so much to do between oistins and the st Lawrence gap! Also very close to the bus stops. The owners on site are very pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at White Sands Resort. Place was exactly as described, clean, and all amenities as described. Rented a car for the week….free parking included made the decision to rent an easy one. Beach chairs always available, and although the beachfront is small(ish), we never felt crowded. Lots of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. We highly recommend WSR as a vacation rental. Cyrus and Liam were most helpful and courteous!

Wonderful stay in Barbados! I had an amazing time staying at The Allure in Barbados. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking along with the rooftop pool. The property was peaceful and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Barbados itself is a beautiful island with friendly people, delicious food, and stunning beaches. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting. I would love to come back again. Clean,Spacious and quickly felt like home away from home.The decor was beautiful and clean.Bed, couches and chairs were comfortable as well.The outdoor patio made for a nice chill spot in the early mornings and daytime.Loved the natural sunlight that came through all the windows and if I needed to cool down the ac being on for a short time cooled down the entire apt. It was a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay again and recommend. Ria is an amazing host who responds not only prompt but with much flexibility and I really appreciated her for that!

I came for a wedding with my daughter, I'm not big on looks, it was clean and peaceful. Had a big open space for my daughter to run around outside. I felt safe and my daughter really liked it. Rory was helpful met me at the front door and explained everything about the place, he also gave me a tour around the neighborhood. It was my first time in Barbados and I will definitely be coming back to rebook with him

We had an amazing stay at Wayne’s apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is perfect—within walking distance to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. There’s also a Massy store nearby if you prefer to cook your own meals or need anything during your stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A big thank you to Patrick, who welcomed us and made sure we knew how to use everything in the apartment. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Both Wayne and Patrick were always available to chat and were so friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and are already missing the beautiful Barbados! Would love to return in the future!

This was our first time in Barbados and this property made for a great trip. We would definitely stay there again. Great location right in the middle of all the St Lawrence Gap action and restaurants, but still felt secluded and private when on property. We were greeted at the location when we arrived and given a thorough walk through of the property as well as local recommendations. If you are looking for a place to stay on the south coast look no further!
