Holiday rentals with a pool in Downey

We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

Rico was such an amazing host! The place itself was so clean and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Long Beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also ideal—close to everything we needed, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The apartment is the same as the photos posted, easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean, the area with a very pleasant atmosphere to go out to eat and supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Very large living area, large living room and very well-equipped kitchen.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean place to stay if you want to stay in DTLA Cute restaurant right below that has good brunch and lunch. Place is clean and bed was comfortable House is setup with a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer that. Pool + hot tub area was decent. I would not suggest this as a family friendly location if you’re traveling with kids or anyone just not used to LA and the type of people in this area.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

This was by far the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. We stayed here vor 8 nights and it felt like a second home. Very clean, stylishly decorated and the garden is a dream. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. You could swim in it very well and for an extra charge you could have the pool heated. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean and everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back the next time we are in LA. Thank you very much!

This was My 2nd Boat House stay and it was so good to go back. Lisa & Mark are wonderful hosts and the vibe is just so relaxing and restful… I will definitely be back!

What an incredible place and host. We absolutely loved our stay in David’s oasis in the Hollywood hills. It’s a fantastic spot for exploring north LA and it’s even walking distance to several breathtaking hikes, a really nice cafe and the Hollywood Bowl. The Beachwood Bungalow is very cosy and extremely well appointed. David has gone to every effort to ensure guests feel at home, we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. The outdoor space was our highlight, there is a perfect pool to cool off in and then everything transforms at night into a magical setting where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful garden lightning and atmosphere away from the bustle of Hollywood. Parking is really easy, we never struggled getting a spot on the street right outside. David is really one of the best hosts out there and he was very generous to allow us to stay a little longer because of a late flight out of LAX, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Gina’s place! We were in town for an event at the rose bowl and it was such a convenient location. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And Gina was very proactive with communication and offering help. Would love to stay again!
