I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

Everything we needed was in the house. Not bad hairdryer better than in most accommodation, washing machine that does not leak unlike the two previous apartments, everything corresponds to the description, the disadvantage is that it is very loud to hear the mosque in 4 am, adapters for European charging worked only in one place.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique chez Irina à Dubaï ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est très propre, bien aménagé, conforme aux photos et offre une vue à couper le souffle sur le Burj Khalifa. Un vrai plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin face à cette icône de la ville. Mention spéciale pour la piscine située au 64e étage : un véritable atout avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur tout Dubaï — un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Irina a été une hôte attentionnée, réactive et très professionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Dubai.

People like her are rare: warm, helpful, professional, and with an incredible sense of service. She was there for me from start to finish, taking care of everything and making my stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. The unit is very nice, I found it clean and tidy with all the essentials. The view towards the city is ok. The building is located in the entrance of Marasi Marina which is so beautiful and attractive. I have enjoyed the gym and the area in general is very nice. I would like to thank Sarah, the host, for the unlimited support and cooperation. I surely recommend this place and this host.

Amazing stay on the 40th floor! The apartment was absolutely perfect! The view from the 40th floor was stunning, especially at sunset. Everything was spotlessly clean and just as described. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place comfortable and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and really comfortable furniture. Aicel greeted me in the lobby, and showed me the apartment. Overall, the hosts were very responsive. As mentioned in the description, there's a construction site across the street but I didn't experience any disturbances. Overall, very positive experience, absolutely deserves a 5* star review!

Das war eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten, das Apartment war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr groß, hatte 2 Bäder, 2 Balkone und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war alles super sauber und sah aus wie neu. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Rooftop Pool mit Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer. Es gibt ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym und bis zur Dubai Mall sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The only place we could find with a clear view of Burj Khalifa like right in front of it as close as possible. Great place to stay with a grocery store just downstairs.
