Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown Dubai

Enjoyed Nihal's place. Was very proactive in helping us with local restaurants, supplies, must do things and so on. Property was also as advertised and is located in a paceful area nearby metro. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Jocelyne and Toni are both exceptionally professional, kind and eclectic hosts. The property is beautifully curated with every item meticulously well chosen to be top quality, the cutlery, cushions, towels, bedsheets, cabinets, coffee maker, sanitary fittings, wi-fi speeds, even the reading book are all top tier. The location is as good as it can be with eternal views of Burj Khalifa from the balcony. With skyscrapers abound, this low rise (4 floors) with great architecture and upkeep is a true oasis and we cannot wait to return.

Sem dúvidas, a melhor vista de Dubai! Já estive em Dubai oito vezes e sempre fico em apartamentos muito bonitos, com vistas incríveis. Mas esse superou todos. Estou completamente encantada. Fiquei tão apaixonada que já reservei para voltar em alguns dias. Tudo é perfeito, sem defeitos. Se eu pudesse escolher um lugar para morar em Dubai, seria exatamente neste apartamento. Como se a vista da sacada já não fosse surpreendente, a do quarto consegue ser ainda melhor. Dormir e acordar olhando diretamente para o Burj Khalifa e toda aquela paisagem deslumbrante foi, pra mim, uma experiência inesquecível. Desde o momento em que entrei no apartamento, me emocionei, é realmente de tirar o fôlego. Sem dúvida, está no meu Top 5 dos melhores apartamentos em que já me hospedei na vida. Wissem's place is incredible, from the start to finish the guys looking after Wissem's place were so helpful in every manner. Right when you arrive to the building someone is there to great you and help you with bags to the unit and show you around explain everything. When we need anything they would respond almost right away from Netflix not working simple message and 2 mins later working to having a microwave missing within 1 hour a brand new microwave at our door. A huge thanks to Daniel and suleman which are super guys. The location is unreal for the balcony the view is stunning of the Famous Burj Khalifa only 5-8 min walk to Dubai mall parking spot easy to navigate. the pool is fantastic the gym super I cant say enough good things about Wessim place I will 100 % bring my family back to this unit as it just felt like home and we stayed for 3 weeks from April 28-may 16th I want to say a huge thanks to all of them for making this stay as comfortable as possible!!

An outstanding stay! The place was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out went flawlessly. A special thanks to Aman Ali - Inspector from Let2 Rent for his professionalism and attention to detail. He was very helpful and made sure everything was in perfect condition, which really added to the comfort and peace of mind during my stay. Highly recommended - I would definitely book again!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
