The living room and dining area have original hardwood floors. A gas fireplace in the living room adds beauty & comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook. One bedroom has a queen bed & the other has a double bed. There is a hidabed in the living room. A gas grill, picnic table & lawn furniture are provided for your enjoyment .

Walk Downtown-Unique 2BR Apt

Park on the premises and walk 3 blocks to the center of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Second floor apartment so there are stairs, 2 separate bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Skylights providing pleasant natural lighting throughout. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a relaxing place and so close to downtown! There is no A/C and no TV but plenty of reading material about the area and games for spending quality time with your companions. I have 3 separate places all next to each other.

The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. Destinations such as Historic Brewing Co., and the Lumberyard are a block away.

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes. 

Casa de la Piedra ~ Downtown 1-Bedroom Cottage

Casa de la Piedra is a cozy cottage made of stone and attached to our family home. It is located just a few blocks up from the heart of downtown Flagstaff. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.
