Shaker cabinets, granite counters, cherry red appliances. Fully fenced yard w/charcoal BBQ, picnic table, Adirondack chairs & fire pit. Smart TVs in the living room & bedrooms w/speedy streaming WiFi. Full-size washer/dryer. Parking for one car next to the house.

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. Destinations such as Historic Brewing Co., and the Lumberyard are a block away.
