Great home!! We had a family of 16 for a wedding! Ben was great! The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone! Great location!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

The view was amazing! This was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our family with plenty of space to either spend time together or find a spot to do your own thing. The theater and game room were great for rainy days and there was enough of a yard to play ball with the kids on nicer days. We went to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg / GSMNP a few times, but mostly just wanted to enjoy the home and those panoramic views. It is way up on the mountain….some days even in the clouds! Stephanie was always helpful and responsive. What a great trip! We would definitely stay there again.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

Super clean and private! My family and I really enjoyed our peaceful stay at this property. The host really thought of every and was very proactive and helpful. Large bedrooms and sitting areas made our stay feel like home!

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

This was one of our favorite AirBnB stays! The home is more beautiful than it even seems by looking at the pictures. I enjoyed looking at all of the artwork around the house. Everything we needed was provided for our short stay. The pool was clean and I love that it is fenced separately, giving peace of mind with our son. Host was very responsive and helpful. The best thing about the stay though was the spectacular view from the master bedroom! That alone would be enough to bring me back. Almost Heaven is certainly an appropriate name for that view from those gorgeous windows. It was perfection.

Host was kind, friendly and quick to respond. Location of home is safe, quiet cul de sac with great neighbors! Plenty of room, comfy bedding and very convenient to UT and Downtown Knoxville. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group had a great time at the house. Due to our activities being rained out, we were able to hang out at the house more than usual. The house is in a great neighborhood and Stephen was very helpful! The office setup was especially nice with a monitor, printer and even a white board! Highly recommend this house and this host!

Very clean condo, nicely decorated in a great location. Easy to walk to town, new Smokies baseball stadium, breweries and coffee shops. Ryan was very responsive to any questions. Can be a bit noisy sleeping but the sound machine provided helps blocks it. Two nice areas to sit outside on patio or balcony. Definitely recommend the condo and area. You will not be disappointed!

Jay’s Airbnb was beautifully laid out and perfect for our needs—the right amenities, a quiet neighborhood, and close to many things. He communicated well, and was very helpful if we had any questions. Would happily stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Aaron's place. Fun, artistic decor, comfortable and we enjoyed coffee on the deck with Olive (the chicken)! Great spot, short drive into town and campus. Really liked it. The only possible drawback might be if you have trouble getting around (back steps, tub).

Great place! Exactly as described. Nice neighborhood, host very responsive, everything about our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in Knoxville.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Chris and Kelly's place was great for our long weekend in Knoxville. It was easy to access the dining and night life in downtown and around campus.

This cute little gem has EVERYTHING!! Traveled for son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything. Nice and cozy!!

We came to Knoxville for a wedding, but we had a blast staying at this place! The place was perfect for me and my fiancé! It wasn’t huge but wasn’t small either. We absolutely loved being right on the river and we will definitely be back, if allowed. I will say the stairs are pretty steep so if you have a hard time getting up stairs, it may not be the best. But for us it was perfect. We also weren’t far from anything, maybe a 10 minute drive if anything to local restaurants and grocery stores!
