While at the same time updating the house to make it feel more comfortable and modern. The house is located in walking distance of Bakers Creek Preserve, SoKno Taco, The Urban Wilderness,and just minutes from Ijams, and downtown. The house is very convenient for football, outdoor activities or just relaxing.

Artsy getaway NEAR DOWNTOWN!

This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.

We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home.
