House holiday rentals in Knoxville

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

We had a great stay! It was a peaceful location, but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it was great to keep them busy during some rain!

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We absolutely loved the mountain views from the top 2 decks, and the bottom desk with the hot tub was private with trees surrounding which was nice. There were a ton of fireflies surrounding the house every night which was cool. The star gazing was also perfect from the top porch. We had a bear visit us while we were in the hot tub our first night. It didnt get too close to the porch. Just walked around and left. Such a cool thing to see it in its natural habitat. We stayed quiet and ready to go inside incase needed but it came and went quickly with no issues. The drive up was not too bad but I definitely recommend driving slow with all the curves around the mountains. The parking situation was a little tight so just be aware you may have to backup and go forward a few times if you are in a big truck. The pool we went to was only a 6 minute drive and was good sized. Downtown was only a 10 min. drive and a beautiful scenic drive. 5 Stars!

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Our stay was a last minute accommodation and the host was very quick to respond and made the process extremely easy for us. The location was perfect. Away from it all but not too far if we wanted to make a drive to it all. The host was always quick to respond and even checked in on us when we had an earthquake! The views are beautiful! The house was perfect. It felt like home away from home!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! To say this place is a hidden gem is an understatement. Very close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The private pool, hot tub and pool table were wonderful and very relaxing! Amanda was an excellent host that was very responsive and has a beautiful home. Definitely coming back to this one when we get to TN. Thanks Amanda!

Kayla's home was clean, spacious, and comfortable–perfect for a short-term stay for our group of 5!

Nikki's home is very cozy and welcoming, both inside and outside. The outdoors area is very peaceful with ample seating, is well lit, has a gas firepit in one area, and a gas grill in another. Perfect for a relaxing evening outside. The inside is comfortable, clean, also has plenty of seating, has all of the comforts of home, and the beds are extremely comfortable. She is a fantastic communicator, very responsive. We loved staying at Nikki's home and would most definitely stay again!

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

House was immaculately clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Stacie was a gracious host even setting up the pack and play bed for our little one and placing some children's books in the room.

Was a amazing place to stay, with lots of activities to do nearby I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area and wants to see some landmarks that are 20-30 minutes away.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Vernon and Ashley were wonderful! Responded to questions within minutes, went above and beyond to be accommodating, and ensured the space was pristine and stocked with all the essentials. I had a plug in for all my hair tools😂 Highly recommended! Thanks for everything, you two! 🤍

We came to Knoxville for a wedding, but we had a blast staying at this place! The place was perfect for me and my fiancé! It wasn’t huge but wasn’t small either. We absolutely loved being right on the river and we will definitely be back, if allowed. I will say the stairs are pretty steep so if you have a hard time getting up stairs, it may not be the best. But for us it was perfect. We also weren’t far from anything, maybe a 10 minute drive if anything to local restaurants and grocery stores!

Absolutely an amazing stay!! Beautiful views matched with peace and quiet and privacy. The cabin was immaculately clean and very well decorated and felt right at home. The hot tub was a great touch and was amazing to relax in after a day of hiking or just walking the strip. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting seclusion and a great place to relax and unwind.
