Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The sinks in the bedrooms were a very convenient touch!

Enjoyed our stay at Deasy's with my family! Deasy is a dream to work with. We loved that the apartment had two floors, so the baby could sleep downstairs while we hung out upstairs. Location was super central, but not loud. Would stay again!

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

We had an excellent stay. Great, safe location. Very easy to walk to restaurants, a grocery store and drug stores. Also close to the metro system. Plenty of towels provided and overall charming home. Beds were comfortable.

It was so nice to find a place spacious enough for our group of 6 and still be in the heart of the Plateau. The open floor plan on the first level was great for hanging out away from 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs. A coffee shop and ice cream shop right at your doorstep and many restaurants, shops a short walk away. Parking in the nearby lots was so easy -- $16 for 24 hours and you can come and go.

One of the most responsive and proactive hosts I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and the location is fantastic! I especially appreciated the written guide to the home, with local recommendations. So many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The building and apartment is also lovely. I would highly recommend this spot and host to anyone who's interested in a getaway to Montreal.

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made it super easy to explore different places. Everything was within walking distance, from public transport to shops and restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and had a real homey feel to it. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was also friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would book with you again!

I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time. Was a perfect amount of space, and had a lovely rooftop patio. Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was only 15 minutes to downtown Montreal and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. There is plenty of parking across the street by the library and there are some great places to eat just a short walk away. The space was clean and Nadya was very friendly and helpful.
