The Airbnb was very cute and well organized. Everything was clean, and it was the perfect amount of space for two people. The signs that are posted give clear direction. Mariah was able to accommodate our request for early check in, the Airbnb was easy to get into.

I’ve been coming to Reno for years now and this is the first time I stay at an Airbnb instead of a hotel here in Reno. It was great! The location was very close to the casinos and restaurants. It was very clean inside and just as described. The area was very peaceful and quiet. The balcony overlooking the river was a plus. The only thing I will say is I drive a Chevy Tahoe and I had a bit of a tough time getting into the spot but I was able to get in. If you drive a suburban then street parking may be the best option for you. Great place overall! I would definitely stay again.

Affordable and functional stay in Reno. We were attending an event at the university, so we needed to drive back and forth every day. Nice to have parking. The apartment was clean, functional, and as described. The full size washer and dryer and the bath tub were great to have when traveling with a family. A nice stay and a good alternative to hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at Raena’s home in Reno! The location is great —right in downtown and super walkable to shops, attractions, restaurants, and the river. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, high-quality linens (both bed and bath), and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything about the home was thoughtfully set up, from the easy-to-use climate controls to the convenient washer and dryer and private driveway. Raena was an exceptional host—her instructions were clear, communication was seamless, and she was always responsive when needed. We would absolutely recommend Raena’s home to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable place to stay while visiting Reno.

For what I needed this for it was absolutely perfect. My only complaint and problem in the rules about not cooking bacon, and charging a $25 fee to clean up bacon, smells. I don't eat bacon, so it doesn't matter to me. However, every day I was bombarded by the obnoxious smells of other people cooking around me. many of them I did find unpleasant. Especially early in the morning or sometimes late at night. So the very rules that are implied to me, others around me did not have to follow. So it didnt make sense and seemed a bit excessive in my opinion to threaten a $25 cleanup on just an odor. The building has central air system so it doesn't matter who cooks what, everyone is going to get to smell what you're cooking and to single out one guest about bacon, I believe it was a little petty. The bathroom and shower area was very small so if you're a larger than normal person, it may be a little uncomfortable. again, nothing that affected me. I loved the location and views.

We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the animals-horses, chickens and rabbits! Peaceful and relaxing. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and was very clean. Merlin was very quick to responds to questions. Would definitely stay there again!
