Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

Liz’s has a perfect location for the greater Sacramento area. Very convenient and yet tucked away enough to avoid high traffic. The layout of the unit was perfect. Very clean. I would highly recommend this location for visitors looking for a comfortable , clean and convenient place to lodge.

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

This stay was great. The house is amazing. The hosts are amazing with communication. Check in was great, booking was great. Definitely added to our favorite list for Airbnb, we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Sacramento. Close to downtown but far enough away as well. Everything was great about this stay!

Great central location. It was super easy to check in and had everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. Ac was a little loud at nice but worked wonders. Only concern was lack of parking at times but the host was super helpful in that regards in giving suggestions. Very clean and nice amenities if a little old.

Exceptional! The Nest is aptly named and charming; the furnishings are better than the pictures. The Treehouse hosts thought of every detail to make my stay perfect. The location is convenient for walking, and the patio and firepit were enjoyable features. I will always fondly remember my week at The Nest and hope to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.

First time staying in a Airbnb. Cosy place in midtown Sacramento. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and tvs in all rooms. Heated pool in backyard. Steve was amazing. Stayed a week. Will definitely be coming back.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

Used this space as my personal bridal suite for my wedding weekend. Loved the look of the place and was cozy enough to get ready and decompress before the big day! Host was very nice and proactive. Definitely recommend this stay!!

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time, the space was clean and spacious with a calming atmosphere. We loved how close this location was to the local farmers market, restaurants, grocery stores, and exciting night life. I would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again!

My 11 year old and I stayed here for 1 week while we were in town for a wedding. I had lived in the natomas area and was familiar with the area. The apartment was within a complex and was a nice size for us. The good, washer and dryer, full kitchen lots of restaurants and shopping and freeway nearby. 2 tvs and fast internet. Apartment was clean. Lots of towels and kitchen had dishes to cook with. Price was fair for what we received. Also communication was excellent. The not so good, because the weather was poorly (springtime) the bedroom ran cold or hot and no real extra blankets when it ran cold and I would have liked a fan for when it ran hot. (But that is a personal preference) The covered parking spot was not easy to get into (an end spot) so we parked a little ways away in an uncovered spot. (Also, not a huge deal) Overall, the unit was good. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. And it was more comfortable for us than a hotel.

I rented this apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment matches the description, it is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby. The landlord, Yuri, was polite and always responded quickly to requests. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
