Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Downtown, Salt Lake City

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

Everything was amazing! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time and are super happy to have stayed at your place! It was pretty, clean, and inviting! The amenities were really great, from having extra pool towels and in unit washer/dryer, as well as the pool and gym. We were really pleased with this location, and convenience of the garage was very nice. The furniture was nice and the beds/linens were comfy to sleep in. Everything was very nice and I will definitely look forward to staying here when I visit Utah again. Thank you for your excellent communication and for providing a top tier experience.

My family and I were in a super tight bind when our hotel was much worse than expected. Arializ's place was perfect between affordable price, beautiful home and responsive host! Would definitely stay again!

Thomas was a very gracious host. There were lots of nice touches like a towel warmer and robes in case we wanted to use them, snacks like popcorn, hot chocolate, nuts. We loved all the amenities and the gorgeous back yard.

Everything in the apt was clean and as described. The building feels new and private, and it’s a quick drive from anything in the city. Tricia was really responsive and accommodating through the process. Overall a really comfy stay in SLC.

Geoffrey projected a friendly and concerned attitude through the AB&B site before we arrived and followed up with the same by real contact. We greatly appreciated that he let us occupy the house with trust that we would take care of it. He had literally thought of "everything" by providing all the required supplies needed for a completely comfortable living experience. These supplies were of very high quality and easy to find. His consideration of his guests was evident from the first minute we entered the house. Although on a busy street, the interior was quiet. The location was perfect as it was only one block from the beautiful Liberty Park . We are looking forward to using the house again in the near future. Thanks so much, Goffrey.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern townhome! The space is thoughtfully updated with a clean, stylish design. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. It’s located just minutes from the downtown area, making it super convenient to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was seamless and straightforward, and we really appreciated the large TVs in the living area and bedrooms—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of modern luxury!

Matt was a great host—very responsive and patient with my many questions. We loved having coffee on the front porch each morning and enjoyed seeing neighborhood cats and dogs stroll by. So chill! The beds were very comfortable, and the sectional couch was great for relaxing. My mom was impressed with the modern kitchen appliances, and we had a fantastic Korean meal just a block away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood & my mom liked the well-kept lawns. A few things to note: the bathroom is very small with no counter space, and the clawfoot tub is tricky—high sides, slippery surface, and fully surrounded by a shower curtain. It was hard for my 84-year-old mom with a bum hip to use safely. Also, there’s not really a place to put luggage—we had to keep our bags on the floor. Luggage racks would help. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the charm of this older home.

Stayed here when attending a conference. It was a very nice apartment and easy to commute from with a vehicle but definitely about 10-15 minute drive from the downtown area. The garage is small so be aware if considering parking a large vehicle. Great response from host.

Cody is very good host. I enjoyed staying at his place. It was nice to have the garage to myself for my extra things. I will stay at his place again.

Literally the best Airbnb I have ever lived in! It was amazing and very close to all the places you wanna go!

The apartment was great! My only issues with it were the bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned very well, but not a big deal, and it stays pretty warm in the apartment for my liking, other than that there is a paid parking lot that is visible from the apartment window. It’s cheaper than the garage. If you do park in the garage you are limited to the first floor of it and should not park there until you have checked in so you don’t have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The apartment was nice and very clean for the most part. Very convenient location and comfortable furniture. 100% will recommend and would stay here again when in the area. When I did have questions the host was very quick with responses.

We had an amazing time staying here! Furniture and the space in general felt new and clean. Beds were very comfy! Great location next to the convention center as well as tons of bars and restaurants. Downtown felt very walkable from here and very close to the public transit. Overall 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved Jake’s place! It’s a short walk to the Apex lift, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the spa-like bathroom with a massage showerhead and a bidet toilet. Our group of five found all the beds super comfy—including the bunk, single, and main bedroom—and there’s even a sofa bed to accommodate more. Jake was incredibly responsive and kindly offered us a flexible late checkout, giving us an extra day on the slopes. We highly recommend this place and would love to return next winter!

We had a great stay! The listing was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable and overall had a lovely feel. The beds were especially comfy, and we generally felt safe throughout our stay with our little ones. Having access to the garage and the option to charge our EV was a fantastic added bonus. The location was excellent too, with a delicious hotpot place and Chinese desserts just across the street—super convenient! Would definitely recommend this place and would loveee to stay again.

We enjoyed relaxing at Jorge's apartment, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Spending time in the hot tub and pool was the highlight to our trip! Great communication from the hosts and very accommodating, thank you! We would definitely stay here again 😊
