Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Downtown San Diego

The perfect midweek getaway that we needed! What a beautiful space conveniently located right above the beach that gives the most spectacular view of the ocean! Quiet, roomy, and the most perfect, serene, retreat that makes you forget anyone else is even around. The photos in this listing don’t lie! We had the best time, ate some amazing food at the easily accessible restaurants (all in walking distance), soaked up all the sun and relaxed and enjoyed watching the surfers from bed in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful property! Highly recommend it. Worth every penny. Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. This is the place to stay if you want a very short walk to all the action of Gaslamp, but not all the noise that comes with staying right in the center of Gaslamp. Also a very short walk to the convention center. Great spot! Thanks Mohammed!

We had a great stay at Tatiana’s! We were a group in town for a conference at the Comvention center and it was the perfect location! We were able to walk to most activities and restaurants in the area! We also made a great day of the Padres Baseball game! The building felt safe in the city and the accommodations were everything we anticipated! I would recommend her place to anyone!

For me n my boyfriends first solo trip together , this place was perfect ! Our Host was amazing, super friendly. The place itself was so homey like and felt comfortable! Definitely will be coming back !! 😊

During Memorial Day weekend, we stayed in James’ two-bedroom apartment that was lacking nothing. Conveniently located, kitchen stocked with basics and a whole lot more, the beds sooo comfortable, bathrooms and closets spacious, living room cozy…just an overall fun vibe! The hosts were instantly responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay, and were always so accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation in San Diego. Then head to the beach for some outdoor fun…the highway is only a minute away! No complaints at all…thank uuuu to the host(s)!!!

I've made three trips to San Diego in the past year. I stayed in two different airbns; one being this one, one downtown, and one upscale hotel, 7th floor bayside downtown. This was my favorite spot by far. Even if your business or pleasure is downtown (we do Padres), the uber fares or car rental is worth it to stay out in El Cajon at this spot. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. The hill view, quiet, and night and morning sounds are great. Nice view of the city lights. Almost too many areas/seating spots in the house to decide where to have your coffee or your drink. Neighbors waved, hot tub maintenance knocked on the door to check in, etc. The only issue was uber/delivery having trouble finding the house because there is a road that was likely once open but is now private, so they go to the wrong spot. I loved it here.

Patrick’s home is amazing. The location is so close to everything yet the street is quiet and very safe. The house is actually much bigger than I had expected, and there is plenty of space in the living areas and the bedrooms. Book this home, you won’t regret it!

I only stayed one night with my family. But we were all pleased with the house, amenities and honesty just the simple things available in the home. Plenty of utensils, cups and everything we needed we found with ease! Beautifully styled home

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

The home was exactly as pictured. Easily held our group of 13 family members. Location is beautiful and felt very safe. Mo was extremely responsive with every question we had. Best communication of all stays in AirBnB we have had. Would definitely stay again. Only con…would not pay to heat pool again.

Amazing home and great hosts! The AC downstairs wasn't working so that was frustrating but the hosts were very kind and tried to get it resolved quickly/offered to get fans brought over. Luckily it wasn't too bad when the sun went down. Other than that, stunning home and even better views!

Instructions to the place could be a little more clear, but once inside everything was good. Not too far from the main Rosarito party and close to a lot of amenities

Great spot, so peaceful and relaxing. Couches need to be replaced but all other finishes and set up as described. Fits a family very comfortably! I will book it again in the future.

Karl’s place is well situated in a quiet residential area with a great view of the bay. the space was a fantastic value, comparatively speaking. While it may be aesthetically dated as some have noted, I as an architect, would not hold that against the space given its size, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, etc. I would happily stay here again.

Views were amazing, sounds of the ocean were relaxing...The available garage parking is a nice bonus if the street parking becomes crowded. Both the living and the main sleeping areas being ocean facing were key to enjoying all phases of the stay.
