Everything was exactly as pictured! The home was very clean and cute. The hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. It’s super nice, was very clean, and the living space in general was very comfortable and felt like home. The Little Italy area was perfect—lots of great restaurants and a fun area to walk around. The place is also super close to a trolley stop, so can very easily get into the downtown area without driving/ubering. We stayed here and took the trolley right to the convention center for a conference. There are two beds which can each sleep two people comfortably. I think otherwise you’re looking at the couch/air mattress. We only had 3 people so this wasn’t an issue. Only things I would change about the place would be an included parking space and earlier check in time.

Kim's place was perfect - just what we needed. We needed a dog-friendly, quiet place where I could work and easily access the freeway (my sister was having a baby, so needed to be able to move around quickly). Kim, was incredibly flexible with check-in and very responsive. Her place is pretty, clean, just as described with all the amenities you might need. It's a short walk/drive to food, coffee, groceries, and friendly people. Kim went above and beyond when in the chaos of leaving for work, I left my toiletries behind (including my retainers and some jewelry). Kim was next level - she went to the AirBnB to personally check for my things and then circled back a few times with her cleaning crew to reunite me with my much needed dental tools. Oh, and did I mention how incredibly comfortable the bed is - it was like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend her place.

Cute little place that was accurate to the pictures, nicely decorated. Easy to find, lots of parking on the street in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for us and our babies, Ariel worked with us with the check in time and was overall very friendly and kind. The area is good, about 15 minutes away from the beach and tons of restaurants.

The moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home! The serene instrumental music in the background in addition to the thoughtful card and bottle of wine was the perfect touch. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location! Highly recommend Tim's home!

Easy check in... Property was as advertised... Garage was perfect for loading the kids into the cars to keep them off the driveway and street... Pack patio was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather... AC units worked to perfection... Having coffee in the home was a nice touch... Owner was very responsive to all questions... Would stay here again...

An amazing vacation spot for a group of 4-6 to unwind after a day in sunny California. The neighborhood is overall welcoming with delicious food options and a convenience store. I did walk by myself to a nearby taco truck (delicious!) multiple times without feeling unsafe, but be aware I did run into a couple individuals who appeared to be on drugs. Fortunately, they just mumbled hellos and kept walking. The host is great, proactive, and VERY responsive if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Great location and the house had everything we needed. beautiful home, nice decoration and really nice view from the jacuzzi.

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

The place was clean and well-kept. The 5 rooms had comfortable beds and individual A/C units, adding to the comfort. The backyard was great for hosting. The only minor criticism was the lack of instructions for the fire pit. I managed to turn it on successfully; it produced a strong fire, perfect for cozy nights. There was adequate seating for everyone. Inside, the house felt clean, including the bathrooms. The living room had a large couch and the dining area had a large table, accommodating our group's size. A small improvement would be to hang the towels in the bathrooms to avoid a scavenger hunt. The wifi was down upon arrival and never regained function despite troubleshooting, but my cellular service (T-mobile) was sufficient. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. I didn’t receive dining recommendations, but it was easy to find places to eat.

Cute place! Easy to find and access. Looks like the photos. Host is very kind and always responsive, even letting us know of a change with the A/C system. Couple small things to note but nothing horrible: bathroom could be a bit cleaner & there were lots of little gnat flies throughout the unit. The WiFi was spotty at times & neighbors were a bit loud at some points as well. Nothing major though! Still a very enjoyable stay and we would come back! Thanks for having us! 🤗

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Being in town for only one night, I unfortunately didn't have the time to fully experience Alessandra's place-in particular the outdoor spaces. My dog would've loved running around back there! As for the unit itself, it was clean and cozy and looked just like the photos. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I really appreciated the fact that Alessandra communicated all of the important details and was very responsive and friendly, yet not overbearing. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in SD!

This place is as advertised. We really appreciated the dedicated parking and private yard for our pup. We had no issues with noise and felt like we had complete privacy. It was very easy to get around as we traveled to PB, Coronado and ocean beach while we stayed. Will definitely book this stay again.

Terrific location for my purposes : SD Public library is a three minute walk. Private entrance is fantastic. It’s a very modern functional space. The only thing was a blind broken/missing upstairs so there was a lot of light in the bedroom. At this price I think that might have been fixed before our stay but those things happen and we hung a sheet over the window! Otherwise no reservations. The parking is well worth if and John was responsive!

This is a really well located and very private place to stay, right in the middle of the Gaslamp district. The hosts are really responsive on messages and very helpful. I will be rebooking for my next business trip

Lach was a great host. He was proactive with his communication and left us easy-to-follow instructions for check-in/out. The place is very clean, in a walkable location, and perfect for a short stay.

Awesome spot. Very quiet and closed to everything. 5 mins away from downtown, 15 mins away from beaches and groceries stores. The host is amazing. If you decide stay longer than several days there are a laundry room. I enjoyed my stay I’d book it again.
