We loved this rental. I had my bachelorette with 7 girls total and it was perfect for us. Beautiful black and white interior. We brought a bunch of pink items to make the house more Bach friendly. We had a few minor issues, but Kyle was responsive and helpful. We loved this place. we followed rules but also didn't have to worry about neighbors as one house was on sale and the back of the house is an alley. So we were able to be Girls! Great stay! beautiful home!

Absolutely outstanding! Cannot say enough great about this place and the host. It was BETTER than in the pictures. We had grown kids and friends with us and the huge bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect. The master suite is massive as is the bathroom, then when you get outside, it’s like being on your own private island. Pool and hot tub were perfect, balanced, zero chemical smells, and at night with the fires and outdoor kitchen it’s an oasis. The huge waterfall and surrounding trees makes you forget you’re still on the mainland! We loved it. Stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t long enough. Everywhere we went was only minutes away which only added to it all. Lastly, our host rocked. Almost instant responses, they were on top of everything and were so helpful for us. If you’re considering this for you and family, just do it. You won’t regret it for a second!

My group of 4 guests stayed here during the week of WM Open and we had a great time. It was close to the airport, golf courses, and Old Town. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a golf course just across the street with a driving range - so we even snuck in 9 holes before our early afternoon flight home. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was fast and we were even greeted with some cool gifts upon check in. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Scottsdale - thanks for hosting us!

It was such a treat to have a park just a short walk away for our puppy to enjoy, and being only 10 minutes from the botanical garden made exploring Scottsdale so easy. This was a great place to stay. The backyard is the perfect place to relax if you are on a guys golf trip. It’s not the most romantic place, or in the nicest part of scottsdale, but it was perfect for 4 guys wanting to unplug, play golf, and relax.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at this property due to a car accident the night before our trip. I had to cancel last-minute and wasn’t able to get a refund because of the strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend purchasing the refund insurance if you're booking here. That said, the price was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at nearby. While I can't speak to the property itself or the area, it’s located just 10 minutes from The Van Buren, which made it a top choice for our concert plans. I’d definitely consider booking again in the future. Long story short: the refund policy is firm, but that’s business.
