Holiday rentals with breakfast in Downtown Seattle

Our family felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Joseph’s accommodations were fantastic and we will definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and cozy, close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, all within walking distance. We even walked to the light rail station to go downtown. Would definitely recommend the Dandelion house for your stay in Seattle.

This is wonderful place in a great location, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking to GreenLake. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week after moving to Seattle and Matt and Holly were great hosts! The space is cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated having a full kitchen. There were quite a few spiders in the bathroom, so be mindful of that if you’re afraid. The only thing is recommend is getting a slightly longer shower curtain so that water doesn’t get into the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and helpful and we’d stay here again in the future.

This cottage is quaint and close to Alki we walked to the beach in about 4 min! Jeanne was able to help out and get us in a tiny bit early which was helpful with an early arrival flight. She was super kind. She met us and chatted for 20 min about the house upon arrival. (Which some people may like or not). We had a lovely time at this cottage! Very clean and we loved having a washer and dryer and she provided beach towels which was helpful. Thanks!

By far the best short term rental we have ever had! If you value the old school rental experience, this is the perfect place for you. The cottage is in beautiful, clean and in updated condition. The hosts are warm and welcoming - friendly and not intrusive at all. They reached out prior and had the cutest welcome basket with snacks and champagne. I can’t say enough about the space and surrounding areas! We had a blast using the kayaks and paddle board, and the hosts even dropped off some pool floats to use in the lake as well. Kitchen was stocked well, beds were comfortable and moderately firm. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. We will be back!

Beautiful and relaxing with lots to do for a family with kids ages 4-14. They loved the chickens on property, kayaking and paddle boarding, making delicious chocolate chip Mickey waffles, fishing, sitting and playing in the hot tub and on property. Well stocked home for all cooking needs. Jason was extraordinarily friendly, interesting to talk to, and helpful. He offered us some fresh honey from the bee hive on property, eggs from the chickens, a ride on the boat, and even picked up the kids when they got stuck in a pickle across the lake. Kids and adults rated it 10/10!

Great location with all the amenities you need and beautiful area. Was there for three nights felt very comfortable & extremely safe. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very friendly. She shared lots of good info on places to eat & things to do. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area that’s clean and close to all the good stuff! Hopefully available for my next visit as it would be my 1st choice to stay there again.

Alex's place was ideal for our five-day stay in Seattle. It is located near the freeway, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a secluded feel. It is close to restaurants and parks, and it's an easy drive downtown. The garden apartment is clean and very comfortable, with a shared laundry facility and MANY great amenities. (Frankly, more than I have seen in almost any other Airbnb, and we are frequency travelers.) We did a lot of hiking in the area and made good use of the wide array of great snacks. The bed is a comfortable king, also something that's hard to find in smaller Seattle homes. We appreciated the attention to details, comfortable sitting area with a large TV, slippers, robes and throws. Though we went through a heat advisory while there, the apartment was cool and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the potted herb garden at the entrance, and easy check-in/out experience. Janice was super responsive. The cottage was very comfortable. Only issue was early morning chainsaw action by a neighbor on Friday, but otherwise my experience was very calming and the view is pretty. Lastly, the cookies were awesome! Thank you!!!

This was perfect for my daughter's and Spring Break trip to Seattle. The location was great; easy walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Safeway and very close to both the West Seattle Bridge and the Water Taxi. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bedroom with a Queen bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, kitchen with cookware and dishes, and bathroom with incredible waterfall shower. The upstairs is rented separately, so there may be people upstairs. The sound from upstairs definitely travels to this unit, but there is a strictly enforced quiet time from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. The host is very responsive. He got back to me right away when I couldn't figure out the TV, and when the neighbors upstairs were playing their music loudly at 10:30 pm he actually called them for us and reminded them of the quiet hours so they turned their music off. Overall we were very happy with the experience and would book this unit again.

Catherine was a great host- super responsive and thoughtful. Allowed us to check in early because it was available. the space is so sweet and felt like “home away from home.” Beautiful neighborhood and we LOVED walking around admiring all the gardens and the view. highly recommend!

This is a great, comfortable stay in a gorgeous neighborhood. Loved the flowers in full bloom lining the sidewalks (June), full kitchen, comfy bed, great shower, and safety of the location. Parking was no trouble for a large extended cab truck. Absolutely no issues, checkout was a breeze. Already looking at future dates!

A quiet retreat from city noises. Yet close enough to small towns and cities to meet ones needs. Bainbridge Island a few miles away has great boutique shops and the ferry to Seattle is very convenient. Saffy and Jeff are terrific hosts. Warm, welcoming and helpful. This is my second stay at their home and I would like to return again.

Super great place to stay! My wife and I got in very late and Catherine was very accommodating. The snacks and water were a life saver! The bed was comfy and the space felt very homey. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

It was a quick stay but nothing short of amazing! We were greeted as soon as we arrived. It felt like we had been there before, everything was very comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the freshly baked banana bread and the amazing breakfast in the morning. Lisa is wonderful at creating a nice relaxing environment. We would love to stay again when we are in the area! Highly recommend!

Lisa and Ed were fabulous hosts, very welcoming and gracious. The breakfast that was provided was above and beyond anything we expected. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we were provided with all the amenities we might need. The location is peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area, can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.
