Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, St. John's

Jennifer is an incredible host! So welcoming and friendly! The flat is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, well laid out, to create different sitting /work spaces. Everything was extremely comfortable! Great bed with really nice linens, everything in the kitchen one could need. The flat is within walking distance of everything downtown, but also very quiet through the night. We loved staying here and would stay again anytime!

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

Me and my husband stayed at Brendan’s place while we were in town for a wedding. The place was really nice and clean and was exactly as advertised. There also was a parking spot right out front which was great. All restaurants and bars were within walking distance and all main attractions (signal hill, cape spear, etc) were within driving distance. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a very clean and homey accommodation; feels like you’re right at home. Additionally, it had a well-equipped kitchen. The location is also great since its a short drive to major tourist attractions.

My parents and I stayed here for a week to explore St John's and surrounding areas. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, especially being right downtown and blocks away for restaurants and the Harbour view. We appreciated having a parking space available as well. I would absolutely recommend staying here to experience downtown St John's. Sidenote. traffic is a bit loud but quiets around 11pm, to be expected when on Water Street. My sister and I loved our stay. Communications with Kim were great She was responsive to our questions and also provided us with some travel tips for our journey onward. The apartment was private and very well equipped with everything we needed. It also had a lovely homey ambiance, decorated with a variety of local artwork. Kim kindly set up the sofa bed and the layout worked very well for us. The primary bed was very comfortable and so much appreciated after a late arrival. Parking was convenient, suggest backing in. I only wish that we were staying there longer to more fully enjoy this place!

This place was absolutely stunning! Elias greeted us upon arrival and was so incredibly welcoming and friendly! I can’t say enough good things about him. The place had everything we needed and then some! The balcony has a beautiful view and the downtown area is walkable from this place. Would 100% return again!

We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful home. A short walk to the hub of St.John’s. Very responsive host. Parking on a downhill slope made me a bit nervous but we always had a spot right by the home.

Rhonda's place is lovely. It is quiet and private and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy the downtown life then have a humble abode to return to. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the mornings. We booked The Vista for our wedding in Quidi Vidi and it went far beyond our expectations. It was truly the perfect place for us and a big reason why we had such a perfect weekend. The place was beautiful and spotless upon arrival, it had more than enough room for my bridal party to hang and enjoy themselves. Gordon was a great host and ensured our stay was everything we wanted. I can’t recommend this place enough and would book over and over again. The best location to experience the Quidi vidi gut!

Kristen’s place is a gem! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed for both meetings and sightseeing. The house has so much character, with its Jellybean Row charm and artistic decor. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with the essentials. So many little touches that made it an extra special place (welcome basket, clear instructions and helpful tips) - we especially appreciated the basket of toys and accommodations for our kids. Rooms were very comfortable. First two nights were hot but Linda had windows open and thoughtfully placed fans that helped a lot. Communication was excellent. We unfortunately made an error with our check out date and missed the checkout time. Linda was diligent getting in touch about this and we appreciated her compassion about this mix up.

Cameron’s place is exactly as described. Brand new and spotless. Great location if you have car rental, 15 minutes to downtown and easy access to highway routes. Highly recommended.

Kayla's place was perfect. Location is ideal and the house is very comfortable with all the amenities listed. Kayla went out of her way to purchase an iron and ironing board at our request. Best host ever, I highly recommend staying at Kayla's place.
