This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

I had an excellent night staying at Patrick's rental. It was centrally located so I could walk to enjoy an excellent dinner and the place itself made for a very cozy night. Patrick was incredibly responsive, providing excellent recommendations and was very accommodating. I hope to stay here again in the future!

We spent 8 days at Mark's place. It is right in the heart of St. John's, yet it's quiet and restful. It did not take long for us to feel right at home! The host, Mark, was very responsive and provided helpful instructions for our check-in, check-out, and everything in between. Having free street parking right by the accommodation was also very important and much appreciated, as we rented a car during our trip in NL. Overall, it was a great experience for us!!!!

Il est difficile pour moi de faire un commentaire sur le logement. Ce qui m'a davantage marqué c'est Sheridan et sa famille. Je suis d'ordinaire une personne solidaire et je préfère être seule. Dû à une urgence, je me suis retrouvée entre de très bonnes mains qui sont celles de Sheridan et sa famille. Le logement est cosy et charmant. Suffisamment proche du centre ville. La chambre est plus que confortable pour l'hiver. Bref on peut dire que j'ai eu un séjour basé sur le partage, la convivialité, et le confort. Merci sincèrement Sheridan, j'ai vraiment adoré ce séjour!

Very good option while in St John's. This airbnb is located in a middle class neighbourhood, really close to downtown (10-minute walk to the closes attractions). The host does his 110% to make a pleasant stay. A good breakfast and a place to park are included.
