The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Debbie was extremely kind and responsive during a difficult time for my family as we celebrated my uncle's life. It was too short a visit, but we will be back to make more memories.

The main thing about Cori’s place is the incredible view of Tampa Bay right from the balcony a few steps away. You’ll see fishing boats, cruise ships, dolphins, manatees, and lots and lots of pelicans. The bay is endlessly entertaining. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable, well-stocked and in a great south side location. The main “Yacht Club” pool complex is excellent. Thanks, Cori, for being such a good communicator.

Amazing first experience staying in an airbnb. I messaged Carmen even before reserving, with a lot of doubts and she was super attentive and took her time to explain everything I asked. Awesome experience at the apartment, had everything we needed for a two week stay, kitchen utensils and all! Apartment felt like home ❤️

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was in a great community with access to a pool which we really loved. The area was quiet and private which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was clean and pristine. The location was within driving distance to everything whether it be the beach, shops, restaurants or other activities. Sydney was very responsive and communicated with me on numerous occasions. We ended up having to leave a day early and she even refunded me a day when she didn’t have to. Between the location, the condo itself and the owner, I would highly recommend this location and know you will enjoy a peaceful getaway.

We loved Dmitry and Lucy’s place! The property itself was beautifully decorated/located, and it was spotlessly clean as well as stocked with everything you might need. They were extremely kind to have left small chocolates, drinks, and other little treats. I really appreciated the coffee selection as well! The views from the waterfront patio were beautiful, we even got to see a few dolphins. The bed was also EXTREMELY comfortable! Lucy and Dmitry kept us updated on things we could do locally as well as reminders on the check in/out process. Amazing hosts at an amazing place. 10/10

Loulia was very quick with her responses. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating with where we could keep our bags while we wait for our flights! We would definitely stay there again!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

I chose the condo due to the reviews and location and it did not disappoint. We were actually invited to check in a little bit earlier, which was perfect for us to get our girls weekend underway. The condo was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was the perfect touch to get our weekend started. Only 2 miles from the beach and very close to shopping and other things that we needed. All I can say is that the weekend and it too soon and that is the only bad thing, everything else from the condo to the pool to the ease of everything from check in to check out. It was an amazing weekend and I’m so glad we chose to stay there. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Place was exactly like the pictures and extrmeley clean. Stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated all the beach items (chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and even floaties for the kids. It made our trip so more memorable enjoyable and stress free.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Maria very accommodating when ask for late check out. This is our home away from home! Water view, peaceful! We just love it! If your looking for tranquility look no further book it now! You won’t be disappointed!!

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

We have stayed at this condo 5 times. Each time it is a perfect experience. When I read a previous review from a very unsatisfied renter, I was very confused as this place is not only beautiful it is very convenient for getting down to the pool and beach. Elevator and a few steps to either. There is continuous remodeling going on from the past hurricane damage. But it did not bother us at all. We can’t wait for next May to come around.

This condo was such a beautiful experience and much needed vacation for my family and I. The pool and hot tub were a short little walk from the condo. Gated and perfect for my kids to splash and play. The condo space was extremely clean with a pretty backyard view. We loved having multiple beaches nearby and cute coffee shops, location is superb!

So pleased with the condo. Had everything we needed (and more). Bed super comfy along with linens! Host and husband were very pleasant…even came to give us more coffee and a couple more towels (without us asking!). Host responds quickly to questions and has a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely consider staying at one of their units again. The unit is so nicely located; the beaches are just minutes away by car (and also reachable by bike if you’re into riding).

Great place on the beach, walking distance to restaurants. Great vibes and awesome sunsets!!
