Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Space is best for 1-2 people: small, but thought out. 2 miles from Treasure Island beach. 2.5 miles from the St Pete beach! Beautiful quaint neighborhood. Our cozy Bungalow is for 2 to 4 ppl, and provides you with everything you need to enjoy your visit. In the bedroom is a King size bed and a spa styled bathroom. The living space has a sofa that converts into a queen size bed and a 55” Smart HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new SS appliances, a Keriug coffee maker and comp. coffee. This unit has a personal patio for relaxing and is located in the heart of John’s Pass, steps from the boardwalk/village and a short walk to the beach.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

This is a spacious 1400 square foot ocean front corner condo. The balcony has a great full view of the beach. There have been many new updates to the condo. New floor tilling was installed, along with the bathroom showers. Also we have new bedroom furniture, refrigerator, dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer. Enjoy great views of the beach and beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your first floor balcony.
