Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Vancouver

William was the perfect host - so warm and friendly and responsive to any questions. Instructions were clear, easy to get inside, apartment was spotless. This country person found the sirens quite loud but this is zero reflection on the apartment, which was great and had views for days! Easy walk to the Waterfront station for the airport train too.

I enjoyed staying at Tyo’s place. The apartment was in a very convenient location. I was able to walk to the seawall in 5-10 min, take a quick ferry over to Granville Island and I was able to walk easily all over downtown. The view in the apartment was nice and Tyo was very helpful with suggestions.

Jim’s place is a meticulously furnished lodging, which was conveniently located to all the places in Vancouver we visited during our stay. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Jim is a great host -welcoming, responsive and available but not intrusive. My husband and I were returning from an Alaskan cruise and decided to spend a couple of days in Vancouver before heading home to Oregon. After a frenetic 5 days on a ship, this was the perfect place to decompress and rejuvenate. Basically, the home was exactly as advertised and then some - immaculate and spacious! We had a lovely time in a beautiful home.

I have stayed at many amazing Airbnb’s over the years, and David’s place might have been the best yet. The view was incredible, everything was of the highest quality, and David made sure our stay was perfect. David’s place is very spacious, the beds were super comfortable, master bathroom was amazing, living room had the greatest view ever, the lower patio was great, and the top level was nothing short of spectacular. We hung out on the hot tub every night watching the sunset and city lights. And if you feel the need to leave the condo, there are grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. Our stay was amazing.

fantastic location, cozy little spot, very responsive hosts. love being downtown when I go to Vancouver and this unit provided everything I needed to work and also enjoy my downtime. great food steps away from the front door. no hassle check-in and checkout. would stay again if available.

Our stay in Vancouver was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better. It was just steps from Gastown, Chinatown, Skylink and the ferry to Granville Island. It made exploring the city so easy and fun. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made the experience special was our host, Arinn. She was incredibly attentive and accommodating, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. The hardest part of the trip was choosing what to do—there’s so much nearby! I’m already looking forward to coming back to see even more of this amazing city. Highly recommend Arinn’s place to anyone visiting Vancouver!

We had a wonderful stay! Marian was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout—check-in instructions were detailed and clear, which made our arrival smooth. She was also kind enough to accommodate our late check-out request, which we really appreciated. The apartment was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family of three. It was fully stocked with all the basic necessities—even for cooking, cleaning, and laundry—which made our stay extra comfortable. Marian provided great local information and even gave helpful advice about areas to avoid, which made us feel safer navigating the city. The fresh flowers she left were such a thoughtful touch, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the private patio—perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. Highly recommend this place and host!

Staying at Cindy’s was great overall. Only very minor inconvenience when arriving/departing is having to find somewhere to park on street so you can access the suit to then access the parking. But location and cleanliness made up for that for sure. Cindy was pleasant to talk to and helpful. I appreciated there was coffee for the morning. We were a party of 5 and we all fit fine in the suite. The skytrain was a bit noisy through the night but didn’t bother me. The place is exactly as described, view is nice, location is perfect and you can’t beat that. Will stay there again for sure.

A wonderful stay that truly felt like home. Very relaxing, convenient, welcoming and comfortable—would definitely return!

Our stay in this condo was very good. The photos matched the actual surroundings and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The unit is located very close to the Chinatown Train Station (which makes access to & from the airport easy) and a stop on the "Hop On-Hop Off" bus tour very convenient. We were forewarned about areas of the city that were experiencing a lot of homeless people so that we could make sure that any walks were headed in the right direction. Very pleased overall.

Perfect place to stay for our group with 4 adults and two kids. We loved the views!

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

Love the place! The kitchen had more than enough utensils and appliances, and the place was clean and cozy. We arrived earlier than the check in time and asked if we could leave our luggages there, and Tao was able to arrange it! The sofa bed was bigger than we thought, and there’s a huge mirror as the big bedroom’s closet door. Overall amazing place!

Everything was great! The apartment was neat and clean, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided in the kitchen. The added snacks and water were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Secured parking was a big plus, with clear instructions that made everything easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place in a great location

Very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver with North Van a quick SeaBus away. But we also loved biking from our condo to Stanley Park then going out for the night in Gastown. The condo was incredibly clean and well equipped, with everything you need. It’s a perfect jumping off spot to explore Vancouver!

Lovely accommodation with amenities and facilities! Only shame was it was quite noisy at night.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

The location was perfect! It was safe neighborhood and had easy access to all the great restaurants and shops in town. And the balcony was a bonus!

We are a family of 4 with two younger school aged kids. This place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything in the description and photos were accurate. We slept comfortably and the condo had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the building amenities: pool, hot tub, sauna. The gym looked great. There is also a large playroom filled with children’s toys and activities in the building. The location is perfect. The weather was rainy (not the hosts fault!!) and it was so nice to have access to laundry to clean and dry our soggy clothes. We did not mind the train noise. It was like background noise. Not loud enough to disrupt a conversation or anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal for what we were looking for and very comfortable beds!
