Business license: 00038254 This bright, modern 1 bedroom condo features a fireplace, full kitchen, separate tub and shower, his & her sinks and private patio with spectacular views overlooking the Empress and Parliament Buildings. Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby. Please note, we only give 1 bed per 2 guests. If 2 guests each require their own separate bed, an extra fee will be charged. We must be notified of additional guests not on the reservation, and a fee will be charged.

What a great spot! Nestled in the woods in a peaceful and quiet setting this place is truly one-of-a-kind. The house is very unique with lots of character that sets it apart from the usual stays. It was clean and had all we needed. Our host Gramma Rikki was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not take advantage of all the outdoor spaces and amenities. We played pool, sat by the cozy fire and did some island exploring by car. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway despite the crummy weather. We hope to return one day and experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Matt and Lina’s place was truly an oasis. The seven of us were so comfortable and enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and sauna time. Matt and Lina were fantastic to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here if you love the peacefulness and privacy of the forest with ALL the amenities.

We were 2 couples visiting the province for a family gathering. This place was absolutely perfect for us! Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated homes. The gardens are gorgeous and we grew attached to all the lovely animals outside the front door! The rural setting was close to all the urban places we visited....and we enjoyed getting to know the surrounding area. Krista was responsive and helpful....and gave us lots of great tips! This is the best airbnb experience we have ever had!

Jane was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was a huge help. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. This is a beautiful, fully stocked, unit with a very responsive host. The unit is in a secure building, with easy parking and immediate access to downtown Victoria. The unit is fully stocked and clean, and check in/check out instructions are clear. Comfortable beds and linens. The views over the city and harbor are stunning. As noted by a previous guest, the unit is in an urban neighborhood with weekend noise from nearby bars.

We loved our stay here. The location is great, we were able to walk to almost everywhere and there were so many great places to eat within walking distance, it was hard to choose! The building is very secure and safe. The bed was so comfortable, I think I slept better there than at home in my own bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay. Beautiful spacious condo in a prime central location. Gorgeous garden, patio area. Close to many great restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbour. Wonderful hot tub and pool in the building too. Tim was a fantastic host and very helpful. Better deal than any hotel in this area.

I stay on lots of different locations each year, the apartment at 120 Kingston st is in an ideal location in a modern and impressive modern block overlooking the harbour. It is spacious and well equipped and ideal for walking to all the attractions and restaurants in Victoria. The private parking is a great benefit and heated pool & hot tub really lovely.
