Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

An outdoor shower completes the bathing experience. Beautiful covered evening terrace with patio heater and kettle grill. From May to September, the 9 sqm annex can accommodate 6 people, otherwise 5 people.

In the living room is the largest sofa we could find with TV for streaming (Chromecast) and open to the dining area and kitchen. There are a total of 8 beds with the possibility of extra beds on the sofa. There is a ten-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to Ebeltoft.
