Located in the attic, this 24 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is on the second floor of a small building, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Composed of a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room/equipped kitchen and a very small bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink) This accommodation, 8 minutes' walk from the train station, is close to the city center, tram lines, shops, and the Estacade market. It is accessed by a steep staircase of about fifteen steps.

Our studio is very close to transport (tram A: 3 min walk, tram B: 8 min), the train station (10 min) and GEM (10 min). All shops, bars, restaurants and concert halls are a few blocks away. Downtown Grenoble is a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation was created in early 2024, it is bright and perfectly equipped. The window, overlooking a very quiet street, faces the garden of a house. A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.
