The area offers beautiful pine forests and miles of hiking trails. Partially newly renovated apartment in Underlia of 120 sqm, with great views and walking distance to the city. Right by great hiking trails in the woods and only 5 minutes drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Ski Center. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a family bed (2 + 1). On the porch you can enjoy the sun all day. There is a separate shower and toilet, where the shower is from the master bedroom and the toilet from the hallway. Parking on the street.

Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. The apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both companies or individuals. Incl. electricity, internet and is otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking in private courtyard. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

The little white house in Hyggen

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Sjarmerende liten hytte med hage, gode solforhold og nærhet til strand, kort vei til sentrum. Buss i nærheten. Utsikt over drammensfjorden. Parkering i carport. 1 soverom med dobbeltseng med ankomst til enkelt bad med dusj og toalett. 1 lite soverom med 120 cm seng Om sommeren er det en skjermet strand rett over veien som kan benyttes. Fredelig og rolig, med sol hele dagen. Solseng/solstol er tilgjengelig i hytten.
