Sit back and relax in this quiet, cool, and cozy space. A well-equipped little Attefall house built in 2021. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction stovetop, hot-air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Near Lake Mälaren, 750 meters, and beautiful walking paths.

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
