Holiday rentals with a patio in Drumcondra, Dublin

Quite two bedroom one bath apartment in a gated apartment complex. Out of downtown tourist area which is a plus but easy to walk or catch tram down there. Apartment comfortable. Grocery in the same building. Off of main road so quiet at night. 2-3 block to luas red line stops which are cheap and super convenient to connect around city or to Heuston station for day trips. Connolly station to catch train to Howth is easy walking distance. Multiple coffee shops in 3 block radius.

A great location for a stay in Dublin area. Direct bus route to city center. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

Steve is a rock star of Airbnb hosts. He is proactive, warm, provides a wealth of worthwhile recs, and greets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the house and area. Wow. He was accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. He left some snacks and the house was stocked with essentials. When I emailed, he responded ASAP. Amazing. The apartment is sweet and has a charm. Highlight was the patio as we were blessed with beautiful weather. Loved the sauna! The apartment building itself is worn as is the staircase in the building and the stairwell. Feels like typical city living, but the area is great and easily walkable to most things. Furthest walk was the jail at 30 min but otherwise most things about 15, and Guiness Storehouse is around the corner. Grocer, great bakeries and coffee shops right out the door. All in all, an excellent stay.

Jane’s Airbnb was wonderful. It had a very pretty courtyard full of flowers. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen spacious and well equipped, the bathroom sparkling and bed linen great quality. Lots of thoughtful inclusions.

Everything we wanted to see was within 15 min walk which was super handy. The place was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay!

Nice apartment close to everything. No car needed, transportation at corner. Walking distance to Trinity college and surrounding area. Would book again.

It was great, the attention to check in was great as well. Great localization, near bus routes. Quiet, great surroundings for walking and runs. Near great activities and catedrales to visit. Sarah was an amazing host! Sarah and her family made us feel right at home, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Cosy, homey, full of artwork and books. Many creature comforts. A bit rustic but we had everything needed for a great stay. There are 4 steps to negotiate from the main bedroom to the bath n kitchen/living room. We did not use the second bedroom in the garden tho it looked inviting. The bed is only accessible on two sides so may not suit those less agile. We are nearing 70 and we had no troubles and slept soundly. If you love art buddha and books and dont mind an older building you will love it.

We came away for a girls trip and had a really lovely time. David communicated well and answered my hundreds of questions on the weeks leading up to our stay! Getting in to the property was easy and Dara was super welcoming on our arrival, showing us around. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. It is perfect for a group get-away! We had 11 adults booked on and the only thing I'd say was that it would be more suitable for 8 adults due to the size of the bunk bed. That being said, we all had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this Air BnB! Thank you so much.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! While compact, it's incredibly cosy and designed so well. We were amazed that everything felt brand new – from the comfy furniture to the modern kitchen appliances. It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Too the Shore is luxurious, quiet, elegant, and relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, patio, and balcony overlooking the ocean. From Susan’s house, you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, a Cliff Walk path, and the train station. Susan checked in with us just to make sure we were comfortable. What a wonderful family trip we had!

Lbrad's place was bright even on a rainy day! It was private and quiet. The neighborhood itself was near a few restaurants and coffee shops. The location was perfect...away from the noise, but close enough to the city center to walk to attractions for those who like to explore on foot. When it was time to leave, the cab we called found us with no problem. Lbrad have great recommendations, clear instructions, and was quick to respond to my questions.

Oh my goodness where to start. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place in Clontarf. The house looked just like the pictures which was unbelievable. It was like a magazine. It had a very modern design esthetic, I appreciated the white linens and towels, which let you know how clean they were. When we had a little issue I reached out to Danielle and she was so quick to respond and do what she could to fix it. We loved the walkability of this place to the little Main Street. Also, if you're lucky you might spot a fox strolling along the streets. The washer dryer was an outstanding touch for a European stay. The rooms were great for a party of 5+. This stay kicked my 40th birthday off to a great start. Thank you for hosting such an amazing property!

Aoife was a great host providing clear instructions for everything. The home was comfortable, although a bit tight for our bigger party (6 adults and 2 young children). Well stocked and in a nice location.

We had a lovely stay in Laura’s modern, comfortable home in Dublin. Her house is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxed visit. The location is handy — just a short walk to the Luas - which made getting to and from the city very smooth. A highlight was using the record player in the evening, which added a unique touch to our stay. The weather was lovely and it was a bonus to be able to enjoy the back garden. I would happily recommend Laura’s home to anyone visiting Dublin who needs easy access to the city!

Apartment was fine and well outfitted. Location was great and my fault for not noticing that it is on M1 highway coming into town so does have a fair amount of street noise/traffic all the time. The tradeoff for ideal location was worth it. Had everything one coud need, Thank you.

What a great place! The apartment is very centrally located and within walking distance of most major Dublin attractions. It's on the edge of the lively Temple Bar area, but it's situated in such a way that it is quiet and peaceful. The unit is comfortably furnished. Charles is a great host. He provides detailed written instructions on getting into the apartment and how to use the appliances. He was always very responsive and got back to us quickly. I highly recommend this as a great spot to spend a few days in Dublin..

Lovely place! Everything was as described. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Neighborhood felt quiet and very safe. I only wish it was closer to the city centre as driving was a bit nerve-wracking! John was a very responsive host who was accommodating. Would definitely recommend satyomg here!

Claire’s place was great! It’s close to many Dublin attractions was quiet and comfortable each night. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout the check-in and checkout process. We had issues with getting online after landing in Ireland, and she was very quick to reply and help us get checked in.

Me and my friends loved the location, the flat was really good and Philipe super responsive and a good host!

The cottage is in a superb location with beautiful views along the coastal path as you walk down to Greystones harbour 15 minutes away, alternatively you can take the path along the cliff top that leads the other way to Bray. Simon and his lovely wife, greeted us warmly and the cottage was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped, it was a great place to stay in and just as described - charming! Nestled between the Irish Sea and the Wicklow mountains (look out for the Great Sugar Loaf), we found Greystones an ideal base with lots of nice places to eat and drink, Chakra, Happy Pear and The Beach House amongst our favourites, and there are many things to see and do in this wonderful part of Ireland, on foot or in the car, there are also good transport links, including rail with trains on the half hour. We absolutely loved our stay in Simon's cottage and had a fantastic holiday at Greystones!

Stayed just one night to begin our road trip around Ireland. The place was larger than expected. Sean was very helpful and friendly with clear instructions regarding the property. We had a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable.
