I had a fantastic 10-day stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from JBR and an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Marina Mall, with a supermarket only 2 minutes away for anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and really well equipped. I especially appreciated the little touches like washing liquid, cleaning products, tea, coffee, and other essentials — it made settling in so much easier without having to buy lots of supplies. Nergis was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and very flexible throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

This was my second time staying at Hammad’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Hammad is a consistently excellent host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.
