Very comfortable room. The building is directly connected to the Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7. Is very central in location. The host was very helpful during my check-in procedure and room cleaning and responded quickly to my requests 🙏

This was my second time staying at Hammad’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Hammad is a consistently excellent host responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear he puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. The best and cleanest beach front villa my family and I have experience. The host was responsive and accommodating. My kids loved the easy beach front access. Amazing veiw from the balcony. We plan on staying here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!
