Sue has been an awesome host from the time I booked her amazing house right through to check out. House location was fantastic close to shops an easy to access and quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, very clean , cosy , fully equipped . Me and my family enjoyed every part of this house from the inside out.

We had a great stay in a clean and well appointed house. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Very clear communication. We would stay again if we return to Dubbo.

The heating worked perfectly as well, which was great given we were there over a particularly cold weekend. Great communication up front as well, which made for an easy to check in. The house is on a quiet street and very private, however is close to the town (less than 10 minutes drive). The house is spacious with a couple of living areas, 2 bathrooms and a lockable garage (with internal entry). There yard includes a cubby house and trampoline which my kids loved. We didn't use the pool as it was the middle of winter. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

The house was absolutely great. We didn’t get to use the pool as the weather was too cool, but it looked great. We loved the massage chair, prefect after a day at the zoo with 2 kids. The house was spotless. It had nearly everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, and the house was even more spacious than it looked in the photos. Marion was a pleasure to deal with, responsive and helpful throughout. The treats left for us were such a lovely touch, especially appreciated by my two boys. They also loved the board games and books, which kept them entertained. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It suited our needs just perfect for a family get together. we had 2 families with kids & having the unit outside was great for one family & upstairs for the other family..myself & Hubby had down stairs & I didn't have to walk upstairs at all. The house was close to everything we wanted to go too..Pub across the road if we needed aswell.. Good parking for all our 5 cars so no worries there..

Loved our stay! The place was so clean and exactly what was shown! Easy to find and waking up to kangaroos was gorgeous!

We had a great stay at Timmy’s house for a family holiday, which included our toddler and grandparents. The addition of the highchair and porta cot was great. The garage was plenty spacious for 2 cars and all of our luggage that we had. It is a lovely home and comfortable, had everything we needed. My toddler particularly liked the different animal statues in the house, especially after we visited the zoo for the day, which was only 12 minute drive away. A very quiet neighbourhood and plenty of space for everyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, on our return trip to Dubbo in the future.

Beautiful house, well presented. Both inside and out. Sitting on the back deck with the sun streaming in was just perfect. Quiet location but walking distance to city centre.

Great place to stay, Tom was excellent at communicating and we had to troubleshoot the TV so we could watch the state of origin and Tom was so helpful and very quick to respond. great host, highly recommend 👌

We had a wonderful stay in Georgias place visiting for a long weekend for my sons rugby. Great well equipt house for a family to stay in. Heating was great on this cold weekend and kept us all warm. Close to town everything was within 5 mins drive.

Beautiful spacious home and lovely host

Was a lovely little cottage and comfortable. Would recommend letting tenants know you’ll need to park in the street due to the driveway conditions. The beds definitely only suit those who enjoy a very firm mattress and the shower/bath was lovely. The wall heater was tricky with no instructions and couldn’t find the remote for the first day. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this little home.
