The Blue Room is a bedroom with shared bath (no kitchen or laundry access.) It is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a chest of drawers, a closet and a desk. We are 5 minutes walking to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

This apartment is located on a quiet street downtown. The bus stops right in front of the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Stop by the coffee and tea zone and help yourself! There's a nice patio in the back and a huge, clean bathroom with a bathtub. Everything cleaned daily for your comfort. There is street parking available, but you'll have to look around. College Street Comfort

A private room on a third floor walk up apartment located right at College and Grace in downtown Toronto. Room is bright with lots of natural light. Feels very cozy and comfortable. It also has private access to outside balcony. Please do not book if you have trouble with steep stairs, uncontrolled heat environments, or small size bathrooms. Not recommended for sensitive people. Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.

Clean Private room that locate close to Lansdowne subway station. This room for 1 person only. if you have an extra guest, please book room 1 or 3. A 8 minute walk or 2 mins with Bus (3 stops away) from Lansdowne station. No Kitchen. Full size bed, wifi, shared washroom, towel, Shampoo and bodywash Bathroom will be clean daily. Little Italy - Private Blue Room

The house is clean, modern and has great light. It is in the neighborhood of Little Italy and is a 2 min walk to College street. It is close to Public transit, parks, shops and restaurants. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story townhouse. The house is 2000 sqft. so it is easy to socially distance. i have my 3rd shot and i mostly work from home theses days.
