The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. Down island woodsy retreat.

A peaceful retreat in the woods, centrally located down island near miles of hiking and biking trails and the Alpaca Farm. This large sunny BASEMENT apartment features a full walkout private patio and private entrance. The upstairs floors of the property are rented seperately in August, but I (homeowner) live there year round. We are 1.5 miles from the Performing Arts Center and a 10-12 minute drive to all 3 down Island towns. A car is highly recommeneded, however.

With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)
